Les Feldick Ministries: Downloads

Books for off-line reading

First method: Here is the easiest way to download an individual book. From the main page of this web site, place your mouse curser on the the link to the book you want to download. Right-click your mouse. Then choose "Save As" or "Save Target As" from the menu that pops up and select the folder to which you want to save the book.

Second method: Books 1-72 can also be downloaded in one large ZIP archive file. First download lesbooks.exe into a folder by itself. This file is about 6 or 7 MB and will take about 15 to 20 minutes to download if your connection speed is 56 k. Once it is downloaded, execute the file. This will make it extract all of the books and diagrams into the folder that you choose. Then, you can run "index.html" with your web browser when you are off-line. It may try to connect to the internet. If so, just close the window instead of logging in. All the links to books on this site should then work off-line. Of course the audios will not work off-line unless you download them individually using the first method. The same is true for some of the other miscelaneous links. For those files, you will need to get on-line. Let me know if you have problems getting the download to work.

MP3 audio files

For those that like to listen by IPOD, we have made the audio files available in MP3 format. Note that there are no lessons available in MP3 that are not also available in RealAudio format on the main page. We are in the process of making higher quality MP3 files available on the main page. Presently, Books 1-32, 34-39, 51-70, and 72 are available on the main page, and we hope to have the rest added in the coming weeks. For the rest of the books, we have smaller MP3 files below are available for download in large groups in one large self-extracting ZIP archive file. First download one of the files below into a folder by itself. These files are about 90 MB each and contain 60 MP3 files. Due to their size, they will take a good while to download, even if you have a high speed connection. Once it is downloaded, execute the file. This will make it extract all of the MP3 files into the folder that you choose. Note also that these smaller files are not of as high a quality as the RealAudio files or the larger MP3 files on the main page. So here is a sample MP3 file sample MP3 file to download so you can see if you like them before you download a big batch of them. Also, you will probably want to listen to the quality of the the MP3 files on the main page for comparison.
