Note from Les

Dear Friends,

First and foremost, thank you for your prayers – especially when we were on our 5000 mile trip out West. We had gorgeous weather every day and not the slightest delay in our travels--even through downtown L.A. we never dropped below 30 miles an hour and California natives told us that is almost impossible. Secondly, with regards to response, we never had more than four or five empty seats and hearts were blessed- even in Salt Lake City, the heart of Mormonism. Amazingly, among the audience in Salt Lake City were two ex bishops who had served in the Mormon Tabernacle. Thirdly, thank you for your financial support. We never take it for granted. We know that many of you are in tight situations, yet you continue to give. We praise the Lord for you and we are confident that you will reap your reward at the Bema Seat! Also, thank you for the trust you place in us to intercede for you at the throne of grace. We consider it such an honor and privilege. As I have expressed in previous newsletters, we mourn with you who sorrow, and rejoice with you who are being richly blessed.

Here at the ranch, we have experienced both. Delena and Dayla, who both work in the office here, lost a 43-year-old daughter/sister. On the other side of the coin, just as we were nearly out of water for our cattle, the Lord left us with a 5 inch rain in three hours, filling all of our ponds and creeks!

We are confining our travels to Oklahoma for the winter months. Plans are in the works for meetings in San Antonio, Texas and Jackson, Mississippi the last part of April. Watch our April newsletter for details. Other than that, it is “wait and see”. Please continue to pray for us and our country.

In the Old Testament concealed, in the New Testament revealed.

What In The World
Replacement Theology

Replacement theology was originally developed by one of the earliest of the early church fathers, Origen, who spread several false teachings in the second century A.D. It was prompted by the destruction of the second Temple, as well as the destruction of the city of Jerusalem by the Romans in 70 A.D., and the subsequent scattering of the Jews into every nation of the world.

Deuteronomy 30:1 And it shall come to pass, when all these things are come upon thee, the blessing and the curse, which I have set before thee, and thou shalt call them to mind among all the nations, whither the LORD thy God hath driven thee,

Because of the destruction of the Temple and the scattering of the Jews, Origen determined that God was all through with the Jewish people and that their covenants and promises were transferred to the church. In other words, according to Origen, the church replaced Israel and Israel disappeared by way of assimilation. Later, many of the church fathers agreed with Origen but especially Augustine. In 405 A.D. Augustine was so enraptured by the teaching of Origen that he incorporated replacement theology into the Catholic Church and that is why Catholics, for the most part, know nothing of end time prophecy. Since most of reformers also embraced replacement theology, the vast majority of mainstream reformed denominations are also destitute of any knowledge of prophecy -- and that stands to reason because if you take Israel out of the picture, there can be no prophecy. Every jot and tittle of prophecy is connected to Israel. Now let’s look at some of the Scripture that these people have to ignore or throw out.

Exodus 19:6 And ye shall be unto me a kingdom of priests, and an holy nation. These are the words which thou shalt speak unto the children of Israel. Genesis 15:18 In the same day the LORD made a covenant with Abram, saying, Unto thy seed have I given this land, from the river of Egypt unto the great river, the river Euphrates: ll Samuel 7:16 And thine house and thy kingdom shall be established for ever before thee: thy throne shall be established for ever. Psalms 2:5&6; Isaiah 2:2 [mountain being another word for kingdom] And it shall come to pass in the last days, that the mountain of the LORD's house shall be established in the top of the mountains, and shall be exalted above the hills; and all nations shall flow unto it. Isaiah 9:6&7 For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given: and the government shall be upon his shoulder: and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counsellor, The mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace. Of the increase of his government and peace there shall be no end, upon the throne of David, and upon his kingdom, to order it, and to establish it with judgment and with justice from henceforth even for ever. The zeal of the LORD of hosts will perform this. Isaiah 65:19- 25; Ezekiel 36:24; Ezekiel 37:14; Daniel 7:14 And there was given him dominion, and glory, and a kingdom, that all people, nations, and languages, should serve him: his dominion is an everlasting dominion, which shall not pass away, and his kingdom that which shall not be destroyed. Daniel 9:27; Joel 3:1-16; Joel 3:2 I will also gather all nations, and will bring them down into the valley of Jehoshaphat, and will plead with them there for my people and for my heritage Israel, whom they have scattered among the nations, and parted my land.

Joel 3:16 The LORD also shall roar out of Zion, and utter his voice from Jerusalem; and the heavens and the earth shall shake: but the LORD will be the hope of his people, and the strength of the children of Israel. Amos 9:14&15 And I will bring again the captivity of my people of Israel, and they shall build the waste cities, and inhabit them; and they shall plant vineyards, and drink the wine thereof; they shall also make gardens, and eat the fruit of them. And I will plant them upon their land, and they shall no more be pulled up out of their land which I have given them, saith the LORD thy God. Zachariah 13:8&9 And it shall come to pass, that in all the land, saith the LORD, two parts therein shall be cut off and die; but the third shall be left therein. And I will bring the third part through the fire, and will refine them as silver is refined, and will try them as gold is tried: they shall call on my name, and I will hear them: I will say, It is my people: and they shall say, The LORD is my God. Zachariah 14:1-9 [here are verses 2-4,&9] For I will gather all nations against Jerusalem to battle; and the city shall be taken, and the houses rifled, and the women ravished; and half of the city shall go forth into captivity, and the residue of the people shall not be cut off from the city. Then shall the LORD go forth, and fight against those nations, as when he fought in the day of battle. And his feet shall stand in that day upon the mount of Olives, which is before Jerusalem on the east, and the mount of Olives shall cleave in the midst thereof toward the east and toward the west, and there shall be a very great valley; and half of the mountain shall remove toward the north, and half of it toward the south. And the LORD shall be king over all the earth: in that day shall there be one LORD, and his name one. Matthew 19:27&28 Then answered Peter and said unto him, Behold, we have forsaken all, and followed thee; what shall we have therefore? And Jesus said unto them, Verily I say unto you, That ye which have followed me, in the regeneration when the Son of man shall sit in the throne of his glory, ye also shall sit upon twelve thrones, judging the twelve tribes of Israel. Acts 1:6,10&11 When they therefore were come together, they asked of him, saying, Lord-, wilt thou at this time restore again the kingdom to Israel? And while they looked stedfastly toward heaven as he went up, behold, two men stood by them in white apparel; Which also said, Ye men of Galilee, why stand ye gazing up into heaven? This same Jesus, which is taken up from you into heaven, shall so come in like manner as ye have seen him go into heaven. Then see how Paul confirms it all in Romans 11:11, 12, 15, 23, and 25. I say then, Have they stumbled that they should fall? God forbid: but rather through their fall salvation is come unto the Gentiles, for to provoke them to jealousy. Now if the fall of them be the riches of the world, and the diminishing of them the riches of the Gentiles; how much more their fulness?

For if the casting away of them be the reconciling of the world, what shall the receiving of them be, but life from the dead? And they also, if they abide not still in unbelief, shall be grafted in: for God is able to graft them in again. For I would not, brethren, that ye should be ignorant of this mystery, lest ye should be wise in your own conceits; that blindness in part is happened to Israel, until the fulness of the Gentiles be come in.

Replacement theology is absurd to the extreme!

The Bible will keep you from sin or sin will keep you from the Bible.

Laura's Note

It is difficult to believe that 2013 is upon us. Years come in and years go out. Looking back, it amazes me that I can see God’s hand so obviously in my life and it is easy to arrive at the conclusion that God is in control. How awesome and comforting to know that the creator God is a God who is concerned about each of us and our own individual bag of problems. He is there to give us strength and peace and He has promised to never leave us or forsake us. So, I look at the future with trepidation and yet with calm assurance because I know that we are in His hands, I know that we can go to His word for solace and strength, and I know that He hears our prayers. We are definitely living in perilous times and yet we can have the peace that passes understanding. Personally, I often go to the Psalms when I get fearful or down in the dumps. David was so human and it seems to me that he wrote something for every situation that we find ourselves-- whether it is sadness, fear, joy or praise. David was such a man's man-- a leader and a warrior-- and yet he had a soft side-- God's word says that one time he even wept until he had no more tears. He had many human failings [allowing me to identify with him] and yet God's word says that David's heart was after God's. Loving David as He did shows me a picture of God's great mercy. Also, David is often considered to be a picture [ a ‘’type’’] of the Lord Jesus Christ so that is a secondary dimension to so many of the psalms. Another aspect cradled within numerous psalms is prophecy. Serious Bible scholars can enjoy the psalms as well as the casual reader. If you are not already an avid fan of the Psalms, check these out:
** For times of fear: Psalms 23,27,46,55,61,62,91,121
** For times of despair: 6, 13, 31, 57, 71,142,143
** For times of praise:30,47,67,93,96,98,100,104,107,135, 145,148,149,150.
Of course there are numerous, numerous individual verses or partial chapters that target our various needs and actually David is only one of several authors so there is something for everyone in the Psalms. My personal favorites are the longer Psalms of praise.

Office Note

As 2012 draws to an end, we want to remind our friends who have contributed to the ministry this year to write or call and request a year-end receipt if you need one. Because we mail receipts for each donation (unless otherwise specified) we do not send a year-end unless you ask. We are so thankful for your continued financial support, but would like to ask again that you please remember to use the memo line of your check to indicate the intended use. The words, donation, order, and payment (along with the product type and number or the invoice number) go a long way in helping us allocate your checks properly. Through the years we have had numerous requests for teaching in Spanish, and thanks to some very dedicated believers, do have a few books in to offer. As many of you know, the Question & Answer book is available in Spanish. We did, however, have a problem with the first printing of the Spanish edition, and unfortunately it came to us without page numbers. We are selling these books at half price ($5.50) until they are gone. The next shipment will have page numbers and cost the regular price of $11…still a great deal! We also have books 20 and 21 (Romans) in Spanish. There is a new and unusual way for the few people who cannot find Les on their TV or radio to hear the program. If you call the phone number (415)-655-0846 at 8:30am Central time, you will be able to listen to the show. You will first hear a recording announcing the call letters of the station that makes the program available and then the show will begin. Again, thank you all for a wonderful year. We appreciate your calls, support, and prayers more than you will ever know. It is truly a blessing to hear from you and to be a part of Les Feldick Ministries.
